Orders will be shipped out within 5 days. You'll be able to track your package with the tracking information that will be provided to you. Please allow for up to 3-5 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
COVID-19 Update: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and travel restrictions, there may be delays in your delivery. We are working very closely with our courier partners to ensure that your packages are delivered promptly and safely.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us an email at email@example.com.
Exchanges and Refunds
Please note that all items are non-refundable. In addition, we cannot refund or exchange jewellery pieces due to hygiene reasons. Our policy is placed for the protection and health of our customers. Please read our product description carefully before purchasing. Custom-made items are also not refundable.
However, if any item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will take considerations based on circumstances. The Anvi team reserves the right of the final decision and change these terms without prior notice.
International Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes may incur when orders are shipped outside of Hong Kong due to your country’s local customs. We do not take any responsibility for any customs charges, fees, etc. We have no control over customs charges and fees so any duties and taxes owed on orders will be billed directly to customers by the global courier.
